Date* ******************************* BIRTHDAY PARTY TERMS No Balloons of any kind are allowed at the Museum. Parties must be scheduled 10 business days prior to the party date. You will be contacted by the museum's education department to confirm your requested date. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for parties canceled 3 or more business days prior to the party date, with the remaining party fee refunded. There will be no refunds given for cancellations made less than 3 business days prior to the party date.There is a $25 fee to reschedule a party.The Tallahassee Museum does not cancel parties due to inclement weather. At the time of the party, the number of guests will be assessed. If the number is over 25 there will be an additional party fee of $4.50/each for additional guests not included in the initial party fee (25 guests), regardless of membership status.
